Using the service
These Terms apply when you use the AK-STREAMERS website, dashboard, extension and related support services. By using them, you agree to follow these Terms and the rules of any connected platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Accounts and access
Some features require a Discord sign-in, a verified member account, or a linked Kick account. Access to the dashboard, extension and support functions may differ. You are responsible for using only accounts you control or are authorized to use and for keeping your credentials and access tokens private. Tell the team if you believe your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Use the tools only for legitimate, authorized activity. Do not use them to spam, harass, impersonate others, manipulate platform systems, bypass access limits, distribute malicious files, overload the service, or evade a restriction. Do not upload private information about another person without a lawful reason. You remain responsible for your own actions on Discord, Kick and any other connected service.
Your content
You retain responsibility for messages, files and other material you submit. You permit AK-STREAMERS to store, process and display that material as needed to operate the service, provide support, enforce these Terms and maintain records. Staff may review tickets and remove content that violates these Terms or creates a safety risk. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers or other secrets in a ticket.
Third-party services
Discord, Kick, browser vendors and optional AI providers are separate services with their own rules. AK-STREAMERS is not responsible for their availability, policies or account decisions. Using our extension does not guarantee a particular result on a third-party platform or prevent that platform from limiting your account.
Payments and renewals
The dashboard may show payment dates, renewal status and support eligibility recorded by the team. It is not a card checkout. If a displayed record is wrong, contact staff before relying on it. Payment arrangements and any applicable refund terms should be confirmed with the team when you pay; nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived. An expired period may pause your ability to receive support even if the extension remains available.
Availability and support
Features may change, pause or be unavailable for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We aim to provide useful support but do not guarantee uptime, a response time, a particular streamer outcome or uninterrupted access. Avoid relying on the service for an activity where an interruption would cause serious harm.
Suspension and changes
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to address rule violations, account risks, abuse, payment status or service security. We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies this version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
Responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care, but software and third-party integrations can fail. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AK-STREAMERS is not liable for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, unauthorized use of your account, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. This section does not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
