Who we are
AK-STREAMERS operates this member dashboard and its related extension and support tools. This policy describes information we handle when you visit the website, sign in with Discord, use the extension, submit a support ticket, or receive service updates.
For a privacy question or request, use one of the private contact options below. Do not post sensitive account or payment information in a public channel.
Information we handle
- Account and identity: Your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, authentication state, account status and assigned permissions. If you link a Kick identity, we also handle the account details needed for that connection.
- Service activity: Extension settings, streamer and queue selections, support sessions, boosts, usage totals and related operational records.
- Communication: Tickets, messages, reactions, voice notes, attachments, staff responses, notification state, news views and poll votes.
- Payment status: Payment dates, amounts, method labels and renewal status provided to the team and synchronized from its records. This dashboard does not ask you to enter card details.
- Technical information: Cookies and browser settings needed to keep you signed in, language and theme choices, push-subscription details if you enable browser alerts, and security or diagnostic logs.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, decide which controls you may use, operate the extension and support queues, display payment and account status, answer tickets, deliver requested alerts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and maintain service records. Some records are needed to provide the service; optional browser alerts require your browser permission and can be disabled.
Cookies, storage and alerts
The dashboard uses an authentication cookie to keep your session, and browser storage may remember display settings such as language and theme. Browser alerts are optional. If enabled, the service stores a push endpoint and related keys so it can send notifications to that browser. You can disable alerts in the notification menu or in your browser settings; in-app notifications can still appear.
How long we keep it
We keep account and operational records while they are needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect against abuse, or meet applicable obligations. Closed support tickets are scheduled for deletion after a configurable period, currently three days by default; attachments and other records can have different retention settings. Backups and audit records may persist longer than the live ticket. We review requests to remove data against legitimate operational and legal needs.
Your choices and requests
You can disable browser alerts, change browser display preferences and avoid optional integrations. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may have other rights concerning its use. Contact us through the channels above so we can verify the request and respond appropriately. You may also contact the data-protection authority that applies to you.
Security and changes
We restrict access to member and staff functions and use technical safeguards for sessions, private files and service data. No online system is risk-free. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date at the top shows when this version was published. The Terms of Service explain the rules for using the service.
